Free and Reduced Shipping
Our normal delivery time to anywhere in the continental United States is three weeks or less. All UPS or FedEx shipping includes inside delivery. Many of our products have Free or Reduced shipping costs - no catch, no minimum order. Free and reduced shipping is limited to the 48 contiguous United States only.
Replacement Parts
Replacement parts are available through our sales department. Give us a call. It is helpful to have the product name or serial number when you call. Replacement parts are reasonably priced and usually available within two weeks or less.
Pricing Changes
Nursery Maid prices are subject to change without notice. Prices accepted on the date of order will be honored.
Billing Policy
For customers who have established a charge account with us, terms are net 30 days. For all others, payment is due with order. For your convenience we accept Master Card and Visa.
Product Improvement
In order to improve our products, we reseve the right to alter designs or materials without prior notice. Dimensions are approximate and are intended for description only.
Return Policy
Returns must be approved in advance. Once approved, a 15% restocking fee plus associated shipping charges will apply.
